Can Golf 2U be used outdoors?
Yes, subject to the venue, ground conditions, weather and access to suitable power. We confirm the proposed setup before the event.
Do guests need golfing experience?
No. The simulator works well for mixed groups. Beginners can take part in simple challenges while experienced golfers can compete more seriously.
How much space do you need?
We prefer approximately 4.5 metres of clear width, 6 metres of depth and at least 3.2 metres of clear height, plus a stable surface and nearby power.
Can you run competitions?
Yes. Longest drive, closest-to-the-pin and other simulator challenges work particularly well for corporate events and golf days.
How far does Golf 2U travel?
Golf 2U is based in Centurion and services events in and around Gauteng. Travel requirements are included in your quotation.
What happens if weather affects the event?
Contact us as early as possible. Weather-related changes are handled in line with the booking terms supplied with your quotation.
How long can we book Golf 2U for?
Standard enquiries can select 3 to 12 hours. Longer events can be quoted separately.
Do you publish fixed prices?
No. Golf 2U quotes each event based on the event type, duration, location and operational requirements.
Is an operator included?
Yes. A Golf 2U operator is included to manage the simulator experience during the booked operating window.
What information do you need to quote?
Location, event date, start time and duration are the essentials. Event type, company, estimated guests and venue notes help us quote more accurately.
Are clubs supplied?
The final equipment list for your event is confirmed with the quotation. If your event needs supplied clubs, include that in the enquiry so it can be planned.
How is travel handled?
Golf 2U is based in Centurion. Travel and logistics are considered as part of the event quotation rather than presented as a one-size-fits-all public rate.
