Booking confirmation

An event date is only secured once Golf 2U has confirmed the booking and any required deposit has been received in accordance with the quotation.

Payment

Payment timing, deposit requirements and any remaining balance are stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

Venue suitability

The client is responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access. Golf 2U may request photographs, dimensions or other information to confirm that the proposed setup area is suitable.

Weather and outdoor events

Outdoor events are subject to weather and ground conditions. Any rescheduling or weather arrangements are governed by the event-specific booking terms.

Damage and conduct

Guests must follow reasonable safety and operating instructions around the simulator. Event-specific responsibility for damage is set out in the quotation or booking terms.

Travel

Travel and logistics are quoted according to the event location and requirements.
